This tour made the journey up to Sapa from Hanoi completely worth it! We had such a lovely day exploring through the bamboo & rice paddies and visiting the local villages. The lunch was lovely too and our dietary requirements were met with ease. Highly recommend this ethical business!

We had a great day soft-trekking with SaPa weather trekking tours. We were lucky and got the owner Mai as a guide for the day. Mai was super friendly, has a great sense of humour and shared lots of interesting facts about the local hill tribes and flora throughout the day. Cannot recommend her highly enough. Thanks for a splendid day Mai:)

We did a 1-day trek and really enjoyed it, the guide was friendly and gave us nice insights into local culture. They take into account how challenging or long you want the trek to be. Would definetly recommend.

We chose to do an easy trek through the Muong Hoa Valley, visiting Y Ly Ho, Lao Chai, and Ta Van villages. We were blessed with perfect weather and an outstanding guide, Pang, who surprised us by carrying her adorable baby on her back throughout the trek! She speaks excellent English, which made it much easier to understand and appreciate the Hmong culture and their practices.
I highly recommend Sapa Weather Trekking for their professionalism and prompt responses to any queries you may have when planning your trip. Thank you, Sapa Weather Trekking, for making this a truly wonderful and memorable experience!”

“Our tour was absolutely wonderful, and Ly was incredibly accommodating to our needs. The trip lasted about 5-6 hours and included a delicious lunch and transportation back to our hotel. We opted for the medium-level hike, which, despite our love for nature-related activities on holidays, was still quite challenging.
I highly recommend wearing waterproof shoes and using plenty of sunscreen or protective clothing, as the elevation can lead to sunburn even on cloudy days.
During the tour, we gained fascinating insights into the history of the region and learned how to respectfully engage with local villagers. We’re very happy we chose this tour company and would gladly recommend them!”

“Our best experience in Vietnam so far! Our guide, who is part of an ethnic minority, was open and fascinating to talk to. Having the opportunity to ask questions about local life made the experience truly special for us. I highly recommend taking a tour with Sapa Weather Trekking.”

Highlight of Our Vietnam Trip!
This was definitely the highlight of our Vietnam trip! Chu, our local guide from Lao Chai village, was absolutely amazing! Cheerful, knowledgeable, and passionate, she proudly shared stories about her culture and her people, even showing us her home, which made the trip even more special.
We were also joined by another lovely lady and her granddaughter, who, along with Chu, helped us navigate some very muddy and slippery areas. Without their help, we wouldn’t have made it through!
The 14km walk took us through beautiful rice fields and three charming towns, offering stunning views and a glimpse into the local way of life.
100% recommend this tour with Sapa Weather Trekking Tours if you’re looking for an authentic and enriching experience in Sa Pa!

Had amazing experience with Mai. She explained a lot of details about Vietnam, it’s culture and various tribes around SaPa. We ended our tour with authentic family style Vietnamese dinner. Highly recommend this tour.
Advice: We ended up buying the rain boots from the village for about USD $3.5 however if you decide to take the scenic and rice field path, expect wet and muddy path so wear shoes accordingly.
